Logging in to Admin Portal

About this task

When the system administrator creates an Admin Portal account for you, you receive an email with the access URL and details about the login credentials.

Before you begin

You must have an active Admin Portal account.

Procedure

  1. Enter the Admin Portal URL in your browser.
  2. In the Username field, enter your enterprise username.
  3. In the Password field, enter your enterprise password.
  4. Click Sign in.

    If there is a failure with any connector, Admin Portal displays an Active Alerts pop-up window after the successful log in. The Active Alerts pop-up window displays all the systems that have active alerts. The message displays the following details:

    <Connector Type> | <Server Name>

  5. Click Ok to continue.
