Editing a user

About this task

You can edit the configuration details of a user, such as user resources, location, and bundle.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Users > Manage.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing users.

  2. Find the user to edit and click the Manage User Resources icon.
  3. On the Manage User Resources page, do the following:
    • Rename Resources: To change the user basic details. For example: User ID, Email, First Name, Last Name, and Secondary User ID

    • Edit or Delete user resources

    • Manage User Bundle

    • Add More Stations

    • Reassign User: To assign resources of an existing user to a new user.

    • Reset AD Password

    • Manage AD Security Groups
