Avaya Documentation Center navigation

For many programs, the latest customer documentation is available on the Avaya Documentation Center website at https://documentation.avaya.com. Some functionality is only available when you log in to the Avaya Documentation Center. The available functionality depends on your role.

Important:

If the documentation you are looking for is not available on the Avaya Documentation Center, you can find it on the Avaya Support website.

While navigating through the Documentation Center, you can click the Avaya Documentation Center logo at the top of the page to return to the Home page anytime. On the Avaya Documentation Center, you can do the following:

  • Click Library in the top menu bar to access the complete library of documents. You can use the Solutions, Products, Release, Audience, User Roles, and Document Type filtering options to refine the results.

  • Click Avaya Links in the top menu bar to access the following Avaya websites:

    • Avaya Support Site

    • Avaya Learning

    • Blogs

    • Videos & Podcasts

    • Knowledge base

    • Report Product bugs

  • Click Languages (Languages Icon) in the top menu bar to change the display language and view localized documents.

  • Click Search icon in the top menu bar to search for a topic.

  • Click Day and Night (Light and Dark) in the top menu bar to set up the day and night (Light or Dark) mode.

  • On the Home page, you can go to the All Products section to search the documents by solutions and portfolio.

  • In the Search Documentation field, search for keywords and click Filter. You can do the following:

    • Search content using the Solutions, Products, Release, Audience, User Role, and Document Type filters.

    • Select multiple options in each filter category. For example, you can select a product and multiple user roles.

  • After performing a search or accessing the library, you can sort the content on the search results page by relevance and the last modified date. When you find the required topic, click it to view it.

  • Use the table of contents in a document for navigation. To navigate to the previous topic or to the next topic, click < Previous Topic or Next Topic >.

  • Click Share (share icon) to share a topic on LinkedIn, X, or Email.

  • Click Download Icon > This Topic to download the PDF of the current topic.

  • Click Download Icon > Entire Document to download the PDF of the entire document.

    Note:

    On the Library page and the Search Result page, you can click Download PDF to download the PDF output of the entire document.

  • Click Print Icon to print the required topic.

  • Click Send Feedback to send the feedback for a topic.
