Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud (AXP) users benefit from a full range of contact center services offered as a cloud solution with a subscription model. Avaya offers several AXP services such as voice, email, social, and web chat while maximizing contact center performance and productivity. AI noise removal is another AXP service that eliminates noise from the customer and agent's end, irrespective of the calling device used. AXP users can also track real-time data, historical reports, and analytics.
