Updating voicemail in bulk

Before you begin

Download the bulk update sample and headers files and fill in the details.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Voicemail.
  2. On the Voicemail page, click Bulk Update.
  3. On the Bulk Update: Voicemail page, in the Select File field, click Choose File to locate and select the voicemail bulk update worksheet from your computer.
  4. Optional Modify Bulk Request Name.
  5. Optional Select the Schedule check box to set the date to a later date.
  6. Click Next.
  7. On the Review page, review the valid and invalid entries.
  8. Click Submit.
