Changing the voicemail template

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Voicemail.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing voicemails.

  2. Optional From the Server list, select the required Avaya Messaging server to filter the list.
  3. Find the voicemail to update and click the Edit icon.
  4. From the Action list, select Voicemail Template.
  5. From the Template list, select the required template.
  6. Click Submit.
