Editing an announcement

About this task

You can edit the configuration of an announcement, such as the announcement name, template, and audio file.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Announcement.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing announcements.

  2. Optional From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the announcement to edit and click the Edit icon.
  4. Update the required field values.
  5. Optional To upload an audio file, click Choose File, browse the audio file on your computer, and click Open.
  6. Click Submit.
