A vector is a set of commands that defines a call flow. For example, a call can be queued and routed to another destination. A vector can contain up to 99 steps.
You can write a vector step to define a type of process and arrange a set of vector commands in the required sequence. Depending on the command, you can do the following, for example:
Place a call in the queue until an agent is available to answer the call
Provide recorded information or delay announcements to the caller
Enable the caller to leave a recorded message
