Deleting an announcement

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Announcement.

    Admin Portal displays a list of existing announcements.

  2. Optional From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the announcement to delete and click the Delete icon.

    Admin Portal displays the confirmation dialog box.

  4. Optional Select the Delete Associated audio file check box to delete the audio file with the announcement.
  5. Click Yes.
