You can use the bulk bundle change feature to change the bundle name of the users. When you change a user's bundle, Admin Portal adds or removes the resources according to the target bundle selection.

For example, you can change the bundle name of the CC Voice (AXP Connect) bundle users to the Hybrid Agent (Infinity) bundle users or the UC Core bundle users to the CC Voice bundle users.
