Contact center feature verification

After migrating data from your previous contact center, you must verify that you can access advanced Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity features. You must verify the following functionality:

  • Timed After Call Work (ACW) mode

  • VuStats

  • Direct Agent Calling

  • Redirection to voicemail

  • Redirection on No Answer

  • VDN Override

  • Service Observing
