Deleting an announcement

  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesAnnouncement.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays a list of existing announcements.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the announcement to delete and click the Delete icon.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the confirmation dialog box.
  4. Select the Delete Associated audio file check box to delete the audio file with the announcement.
  5. Click Yes.
