  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesRemote Call Coverage.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing remote call coverage entries.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the remote call coverage entry to edit and click the Edit icon.
  4. Edit the appropriate field values.
  5. Click Submit.
