You can change the existing bundle and report user group for a user. When you change the bundle, you can add the resources associated with the selected bundle. For example, voicemail.
From Admin Portal, go to UsersManage.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Admin Portal displays the list of existing users.
Find the user to edit and click the Manage User Resources icon.
On the Manage User Resources page, click Manage User Bundle.
