Deleting a pickup group

  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesPickup Group.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing pickup groups.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the pickup group to delete and click the Delete icon.

Admin Portal displays the confirmation dialog box.
