You can export the list of Verint extension recordings in the .csv format.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesVerint Extension Recording.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Verint server to filter the list.
  3. Click Export.
    STEP RESULT:
    Admin Portal downloads the file with the list of Verint extension recording entries to your computer.
