Updating the Avaya Infinity™ user CRM configuration

  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesInfinity User.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing Avaya Infinity™ users.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Avaya Infinity™ server to filter the list.
  3. Find an Avaya Infinity™ user to update and click the Edit icon.
  4. From the Action list, select CRM Configuration.
  5. From the CRM Configuration list, select the required CRM configuration.
  6. Click Submit.
