You can export the details of hunt groups and skills in .csv format.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesHunt Group/Skill.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing hunt groups and skills.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Click Export.
Result
Admin Portal downloads the file with the details of hunt groups and skills to your computer.
