Adding a Verint extension recording

  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesVerint Extension Recording.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Verint server to filter the list.
  3. On the Verint Extension Recording page, click Add.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the Add Verint Extension Recording dialog box.
  4. Enter the required details.
  5. Click Submit.
