Download the bulk update sample file and fill in the details.

From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesInfinity User Profile.
On the Infinity User Profile page, click Bulk Update.
On the Bulk Update page, in the Select File field, click Choose File to locate and select the Avaya Infinity™ user profile bulk update worksheet from your computer.
In the Bulk Request Name field, type the name of the user profile bulk update request.
Click Next.
On the Review page, review the valid and invalid entries.
Click Submit.
On the Result page, view the records.
STEP RESULT:
The Result page displays the total, processed, pending, successful, and failed records.
