You can update the Avaya Infinity™ user profile basic details.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesInfinity User Profile.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing Avaya Infinity™ user profiles.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Avaya Infinity™ server to filter the list.
  3. Find an Avaya Infinity™ user profile to update and click the Edit icon.
  4. From the Action list, select Basic Details.
  5. In the Profile Name field, type a user profile name.
  6. In the Description field, type the description.
  7. From the Dial Plan Profile list, select a dial plan profile.
  8. Click Submit.
