ext: Audio source extension for a single or group audio source.
group: A music on hold analog group number.
port: An analog or auxiliary trunk source location.
Type
The type of treatment administered for the music on hold entry. You can configure only one music on hold entry with the Music Type as tone. The available options are the following:
none: The audio is not classified.
music: The audio is treated as music.
tone: The audio is treated as tone.
Announcement
The extension number of an announcement. You can select a value from the six extensions that Admin Portal provides when you type any value in this field.
