You can export the list of existing music on hold entries in .csv format.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesMusic On Hold.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing music on hold entries.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Click Export.
Result
Admin Portal downloads the file with the details of music on hold entries to your computer.
