General Status

Name
Description
Administered Type
Displays the administered type of a station. For example, J179.
Active Coverage Option
Specifies the active coverage path of a station.
Call Parked?
Displays whether the station has a call parked.
EC500 Status
Displays one of the following EC500 statuses:
  • Enabled - Extension is enabled for cellular.
  • Disabled - Extension is disabled for cellular.
Limit Incoming Calls?
Displays the status of the Limit Number of Concurrent Call (LNNC).
Ring Cut Off Act?
Displays if the ring cut-off is activated:
  • yes - Ring cut off act is enabled.
  • no - Ring cut off act is disabled.
SAC Activated?
Displays if send all calls (SAC) is activated on the selected extension.
Service State
Displays the state of the telephone endpoint. For example, out-of-service.
User Cntrl Restr
Displays one or two of the following user control restriction statuses:
  • none
  • total
  • stat-stat
  • outward
  • terminate
Group Cntrl Restr
Displays one or two of the following group control restriction statuses:
  • none
  • total
  • stat-stat
  • outward
  • terminate
User DND
Displays the do not disturb status of the user.
Group DND
Displays the do not disturb status of the group.

ACD Status

Name
Description
On ACD Call
Displays if the agent is on an ACD call.
Grp
Displays the hunt group number.
Mod
Displays the ACD work mode.
