Exporting a call pickup group

You can export the list of pickup groups in .csv format.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources Pickup Group.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing pickup groups.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Click Export.
Result
Admin Portal downloads the pickup group files to your computer.
