Updating the Verint Extension Recording settings

  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesVerint Extension Recording.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Verint server to filter the list.
  3. Find the Verint extension recording to update and click the Edit icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Admin Portal displays the Edit Verint Extension Recording dialog box.
  4. From the Recording Mode list, select the required recording mode.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The following are the options:
    • Recording Resource
    • Start on Trigger
    • Application Controlled
    • Record
    • Do not Record
  5. In Member Group, select the required member group.
  6. Click Submit.
