Copying a VDN

Use this procedure to copy and customize an existing VDN.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesVDN.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing VDNs.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the VDN to copy and click the Copy icon.
  4. Edit the appropriate field values.
  5. Click Submit.
