Changing the Verint user template

  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesVerint User.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing Verint users.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Verint server to filter the list.
  3. Find the Verint user to update and click the Edit icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Admin Portal displays the Edit Verint User dialog box.
  4. From the Action list, select Verint User Template.
  5. From the Template list, select the required Verint user template.
  6. Click Submit.
