Adding an Avaya Infinity™ user profile

  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesInfinity User Profile.
  2. On the Infinity User Profile page, click Add.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the Add Infinity Profile dialog box.
  3. From the Location list, select the required location.
  4. From the Org Unit list, select the required organizational unit.
  5. From the Public Resource list, select the required option.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The Public Resource field indicates whether the resource is public. The following are the options:
    • Yes
    • No
    By default, the value is set to No.
  6. From the Folder list, select a folder name.
  7. In the Name field, type an Infinity profile name.
  8. In the Description field, type a description of the Infinity profile.
  9. Click Submit.
