You can update the Avaya Infinity™ user's basic details.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesInfinity User.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing Avaya Infinity™ users.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Avaya Infinity™ server to filter the list.
  3. Find an Avaya Infinity™ user to update and click the Edit icon.
  4. From the Action list, select Basic Details.
  5. From the Enabled list, select Yes to access the Avaya Infinity™ applications.
  6. In the Set Temp Password field, type a temporary password for the user.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The user requires this temporary password to log in for the first time or for a password reset.
  7. Click Submit.
