Description
User ID
User ID of an associate in your organization. User ID is unique for each user.
The valid values are from 1 through 20 characters.
The following are the supported special characters:

Email
The email address of the user.
The valid values are from 1 through 64 characters.

First Name
The first name of the user.
The valid values are from 1 through 64 characters.

The last name of the user.

Location
Location of the user. A pair of location and organization unit defines configuration templates and extension ranges to use.
Org Unit
Organization unit of the user. A pair of location and organization unit defines configuration templates and extension ranges to use.
Bundle
The calling features available to the user.
Report User Group
Select a user group for usage reporting.
Secondary User ID
A customizable text that can be used as a unique identifier or to store any additional information related to a user.
The valid values are from 1 through 50 characters or blank.

AD Security Group Collection
An AD security group collection.
The icon next to the AD Security Group Collection drop-down field displays the information about the selected AD security group collection.
Infinity
Admin Portal displays this check box and the following associated fields when you select the Hybrid Agent (Infinity) bundle:
Infinity Profile
The Infinity profile name.
Folder
The folder of the Infinity user.
SBC Group
The Infinity user SBC Group.
Agent Login ID
Admin Portal displays this check box and the following associated fields when you select the CC Voice, the CC Voice (AXP Connect), or the Hybrid Agent (Infinity) bundle:
Agent Login ID
Select the agent ID from the list of available agent login IDs or leave the field blank to automatically assign an agent login ID.
Dup Login ID
Enter the login ID of the user whose details to copy.
Leave this field blank to use the default template configured for the department.
Template
Predefined template for the agent login ID configuration.
Admin Portal selects a template automatically based on the selected Location and Org Unit, or select the required template to override the default configuration.
AXP
Admin Portal displays this check box and the following associated fields when you select the CC Voice (AXP Connect) bundle:
AXP Profile
Select the Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud profile name from the list of available profile names to add an Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud user. Click to view the template details.
Roles
Select one or more roles for an Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud user.
Member Of
Select one or more groups for an Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud user. The user is assigned as a member of the selected group. This field is optional.
Owned Groups
Select one or more groups for an Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud user. The user owns one or more of the selected groups. This field is optional.
Station
Admin Portal displays this check box and the following associated fields when any bundle is selected:
Phone Type
The following are the options:
  • IP
  • Digital
  • Analog
When you select the phone type as Digital or Analog, Admin Portal displays the Phone Port field.
Phone Port
The port number for the digital and analog stations.
Dup User ID
Enter the user ID of an existing user whose configuration details to copy.
Leave this field blank to use the default template configured for the department.
Extension
Extension of the user.
Select an extension ID from the list of available extension numbers.
Leave this field blank to automatically assign the extension number.
Template
System Manager template contains the configuration details defined in System Admin. Click to view the template details. The values in the template determine the default station permission settings and outgoing call handling through the HomeLocation parameter.
Admin Portal selects a template automatically based on the selected Location and Org Unit, or select the required template to override the default configuration.
CM Template
Predefined Communication Manager endpoint template. Communication Manager template consists of station privileges and button layout. For example, phone buttons configuration.
Select the required template. If you leave this field blank, Admin Portal uses the configuration details for the selected station from System Manager.
Extension Recording
The extension configured within the Verint extension recording.
If you select Yes, Admin Portal adds the extension in the Verint extension recording.
DID
Direct Inward Dialing (DID).
Select this check box to enable outside parties to call directly to an extension in your organization instead of going to a menu or a queue and dialing an extension.
CMS Supervisor
Admin Portal displays this check box and the following associated field when you select the CC Voice or the CC Voice (AXP Connect) bundle:
Select this check box to enable a CMS supervisor profile for a user.
A user with a CMS supervisor profile can generate the reports.
Note:
When you enable a CMS Supervisor profile for a user, the User ID must be in lowercase. If you enter the User ID in uppercase, Admin Portal changes it to lowercase.

Admin Portal selects a template automatically based on the selected Location and Org Unit, or select the required template to override the default configuration.
Voicemail
Admin Portal displays this check box and the following associated field when any bundle is selected:
Select this check box to access voicemails received on your phone.
Template
Predefined template for the voicemail configuration.
Admin Portal selects a template automatically based on the selected Location and Org Unit, or select the required template to override the default configuration.
Voicemail For
Admin Portal displays this field when you select the CC bundles with an agent and a station to provision.
Select Station or Agent. Based on the selection, Admin Portal configures voicemail for an agent or a station.
Add Secondary Extension
Select this check box to add a secondary address for the voicemail. The secondary extension is added based on your Voicemail For selection.
If you select Station in the Voicemail For field, when you select the add secondary extension check box, the station is added with an agent ID.
Verint User
Select this checkbox if you want to add a Verint user.
Template
Template to apply for the Verint configurations.
Start Date
The Verint user start date.
Is Supervisor
If the Verint user is a supervisor, select Yes. This field is optional.
Is Team Lead
If the Verint user is a team lead, select Yes. This field is optional.
Organization
Select the organization for the Verint user.
Job Title
Select the job title for the Verint user. This field is optional.
Supervisor
Select the supervisor for the Verint user. This field is optional.
Team Lead
Select the team lead for the Verint user. This field is optional.
User to Dup Access Rights
Select the Verint user to copy access rights. This field is optional.
