Editing a hunt group

You can edit hunt groups from Admin Portal. For example, you can edit group names or group extensions.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesHunt Group/Skill.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing hunt groups and skills.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the hunt group to edit and click the Edit icon.
  4. Edit the required field values.
  5. Click Submit.
