Before you begin
Ensure you download the sample template from the Bulk Provisioning page.
Fill in all the details including user ID, name, email, bundle, and report user group configuration details for each user. Fill in the optional details such as AXP user profile, AXP user role, AXP user member of groups, and AXP user owned groups details for an Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud user. Save the spreadsheet file on your computer.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to UsersBulk Provision.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the Bulk Provisioning page.
  2. Click Choose File, browse the spreadsheet file on your computer and click Open.
  3. Modify Bulk Request Name.
  4. To schedule the bulk provisioning at a future date, select the Schedule check box, select the date, and click Apply.
  5. Click Next.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the status of the file uploaded.
  6. Click Submit.
