Configuring the Avaya Infinity™ user home list

Prolog information
You can configure interaction handling and custom-view creation permissions for agents and supervisors.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesInfinity User.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing Avaya Infinity™ users.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Avaya Infinity™ server to filter the list.
  3. Find an Avaya Infinity™ user to update and click the Edit icon.
  4. From the Action list, select Home List.
  5. From the Monitoring Action(s) list, select one of the following options:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • All: The user has access to all interactions.
    • None: The user cannot view any interactions.
    • Only Private: The user can privately view interactions.
    • Only Public: The user can publicly view interactions.
  6. From the View Type list, select one of the following options:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • All: The user can access all interaction views.
    • Defined: When you select this option, Admin Portal displays the Defined Views field to select one or more of the following view types:
      • All Active Interactions: All active interactions in the queues to which the user is logged in.
      • All Active Interactions- Queue Access: All active interactions in the queues to which the user has access.
      • My Completed Interactions
      • Live Interactions
      • My Active Interactions
      • My Completed Interactions- Last 30 days
    • None: The user has no access to views.
  7. From the Create/Edit Views list, select Yes to create or modify custom views for a user.
  8. From the Inbound Permissions Able To Reject Interaction list, select Yes to reject inbound customer interactions.
  9. From the Completed Action(s) list, select one of the following options:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • All: Users can open and view any completed interactions for the queues, including completed interactions of other users in the same queues.
    • My: Users can open and view their completed interactions.
    • None: Users cannot open or view any completed interactions.
  10. From the Outbound Permissions Phone list, select Yes to make outbound phone calls from the queue.
