Deleting an Avaya Infinity™ user profile

You can delete an existing Avaya Infinity™ user profile from Admin Portal. However, the user profile will not be deleted from Avaya Infinity™. Instead, the system retains the user profile record for auditing purposes and updates the end date to the date the user profile was deleted from Admin Portal.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesInfinity User Profile.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing Avaya Infinity™ user profiles.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Avaya Infinity™ server to filter the list.
  3. Find the Avaya Infinity™ user profile to delete and click the Delete icon.
  4. On the Confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
