You can export details of all the agent login IDs at once in .csv format.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesAgent Login ID.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of agent login IDs.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Click Export.
Result
Admin Portal downloads the file with the agent login ID details to your computer.
