Downloading the station bulk update worksheet

Use this procedure to download the Communication Manager station or System Manager user worksheet.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesStation.
  2. On the Station page, click Bulk Update.
  3. On the Bulk Update: Station page, do one of the following:
    • To download the Communication Manager station spreadsheet, in the Target System list, click CM Station.
    • To download the System Manager user spreadsheet, in the Target System list, click SMGR User.
  4. Click Download Sample.
    STEP RESULT:
    • For the Communication Manager station, Admin Portal downloads the following file on your local computer based on the user login.
      • For Superuser: BulkUpdateSampleForStationForSuperUsers.csv
      • For Other users (user with Avaya Admin role, Customer Admin role, Delegate Admin role, or other Admin Portal roles): BulkUpdateSampleForStation.csv
    • For the System Manager user, Admin Portal downloads the BulkUpdateSampleForSMGRUser.csv file on your local computer.
