Updating supervisor VDN

You can configure the Vector Directory Numbers (VDN) of a supervisor from Admin Portal.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesSupervisor.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing supervisors.
  2. From the Server list, select the required CMS server to filter the list.
  3. Find the supervisor to update and click the Edit icon.
  4. From the Action list, select CMS Supervisor VDN.
  5. Click Add.
  6. In the VDN field, type a VDN.
  7. Select the required value from Read, Write, and Exception.
  8. To add more VDNs, click the Add icon.
  9. To edit an existing VDN, click the Edit icon, make the necessary changes, and click Submit.
  10. To remove an existing VDN, click the Delete icon.
  11. Click Submit.
