Adding a public unknown number

You can add a public unknown number to a station to display the number as the calling party number for outbound calls.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesStation.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing stations.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the station to update and click the Edit icon.
  4. From the Action list, select Public Unknown Number.
  5. In the Number field, enter the number.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Click Close.
