You can export the list of coverage answer groups in .csv format.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources Coverage Answer Group.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing coverage answer groups.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Click Export.
Result
Admin Portal downloads the coverage answer group files to your computer.
