Use this procedure to duplicate and customize an existing hunt group or skill.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesHunt Group/Skill.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the hunt group or skill to duplicate and click the Duplicate icon.
  4. Edit the required field values.
  5. Click Submit.
