Use this procedure to duplicate and customize an existing Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud user profile.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesAXP User Profile.
  2. Find the user profile to duplicate and click the Duplicate icon.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the Duplicate AXP Profile dialog box.
  3. In the newly added AXP profile, update the required fields.
  4. Click Submit.
