Updating the Avaya Infinity™ user profile status workflow

  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesInfinity User Profile.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing Avaya Infinity™ user profiles.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Avaya Infinity™ server to filter the list.
  3. Find an Avaya Infinity™ user profile to update and click the Edit icon.
  4. From the Action list, select Status Workflow.
  5. From the Function Workflows list, select the required function workflow.
  6. From the Version list, select one of the following options:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • Current: The latest workflow version.
    • <Version number>: A specific workflow version. For example, 2.0.
  7. Click Submit.
