Editing a team view

You can do the following:
  • Add users to the team view.
  • Delete users from the team view.
  • Remove users from the team view.
  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesInfinity Team Views.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing team views.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Avaya Infinity™ server to filter the list.
  3. Find a team view to edit and click the Edit icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Admin Portal displays the Edit Infinity Team View page.
  4. To add users to the team view, do the following:
    1. Click Add.
    2. In the Available Users dialog box, select one or more users, and click Add.
      STEP RESULT:
      Admin Portal adds the selected users to the existing team view.
  5. To delete users from the team view, select one or more users and click Delete.
  6. To remove users from the team view, clear the Show in Team View check box for each user.
  7. Click Submit.
