Adding a Verint user

  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesVerint User.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Verint server to filter the list.
  3. On the Verint User page, click Add.

    Admin Portal displays the Add Verint User dialog box.
  4. Enter the required details.
  5. Click Submit.
