  1. From Admin Portal, go to ResourcesCoverage Answer Group.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Admin Portal displays the list of existing coverage answer groups.
  2. From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the coverage answer group to delete and click the Delete icon.
Result
Admin Portal displays the confirmation dialog box.
