Create a map for the contents of the glossary, or, if the glossary will include a single topic, create the topic. If you use a glossary map, make sure that you nest all of the topics in a topic or a topichead with the title glossary.
Open the publication in Publication Manager.
Expand Back MatterBook Lists in the publication tree.
Right-click Index List and then click Insert BeforeGlossary List.
In the Repository, select the glossary map or topic that you want to add, drag and drop to GlossaryList.
Check in the bookmap when you finish working with it.
