Latest versions
Searches only the latest versions of objects.
All versions
Searches all versions of objects.
Object types
Type of object to search for. The options are:
  • All
  • Images
  • Library Topics
  • Maps (maps)
  • Topics (topics)
  • Other (Word, PDF..)
  • XML object types, includes topics, maps, and library topics

Advanced options

Name
Description
Identifier
The unique identifier or GUID of the object that you want to search.
Title
The title of the object that you want to search.
Topic type
Topic type that you want to search.
Library
Currently Tridion Docs library is not in use.
Illustration type
The type of graphic as set in the properties for the graphic. Options are:
  • Block diagram
  • Component diagram
  • Icon
  • Other diagram
  • Other illustration
  • Process diagram
  • Screenshot
Map type
Type of map, book map or DITA map, that you want to search.
Version
The version of the object that you want to search.
Language
The language of object as set in the object properties.
Status
Workflow status that you can search. The options are:
  • Contributor draft
  • Draft
  • Editorial review
  • In translation
  • Obsolete
  • Pre-release validation
  • Ready to be translated
  • Released
  • System
  • System Read Only
  • Technical review
  • To be translated
  • Translated
  • Translation rejected
Author
Name of author as set in the object properties.
Last modified by
The author who last modified this object.
Resolution
Resolution of graphics as set in the graphic properties. Options are High, Low, Source.
User group
User group that has permission to objects. Only system administrators with rights to give user groups permissions to specific folders in the repository use this search parameter.
Checked out by
The name of author who has objects checked out.
Date created
Date that objects were created in Tridion Docs.
Date modified
Date or date range that objects were last modified in Tridion Docs.
Product Family
Product family as set in the object properties.
Product
Product as set in the object properties.
Component
Component as set in the object properties. Values for the component are created on a per project basis by request.
Localization Coordinator
For use by translation only.
TMS Project code
For use by translation only.
Translation Vendor
For use by translation only.
