Steps 1 and 2 of this task are absolutely critical. If you skip Steps 1 and 2 and perform just Steps 3 and 4, the publication will have errors and might fail.
Before you begin
Check out the topic in Arbortext Editor.
On the menu bar, select ToolsPreferences.
In the Preferences dialog box, select Save in the Category area, and then select Numeric Character References under Write Non-ASCII Characters As.
Place the cursor where you want to insert the non-breaking space and select InsertSymbolsCharacter Entitiesnbsp.
