Creating a custom template of CM Endpoint type

  1. Log on to Avaya Aura® System Manager Web UI as ACM web service user.
  2. Navigate to Avaya Aura System ManagerServicesTemplatesCM Endpoint.
  3. In the Supported Feature Server Versions area, select the required CM version.
  4. To view the templates created, click Show List.
  5. Click New.
  6. In the General Options (G) tab, in the Type of 3PCC Enabled field, select Avaya.
  7. In the Button Assignment (B) tab, add the required buttons.
